About the Role

The Appian Consultant will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying Appian applications, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience (Appian-focused) and Appian Senior Developer Certification are required. U.S. Citizenship is also mandatory.

Required Skills

• • Possess the mental agility to jump from the deep code-level view of the applications to the architecture and design view, to the end user’s view
  • Team player, versatile, and enthusiastic to take on new problems every day
  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade Appian applications
  • Must be Appian Senior Developer certified with the most recent certification
  • Strong knack for quickly learning complex technical concepts & Strong oral, written, and presentation skills is a must
  • Hands-on experience with different database technologies like MS SQL Server, Oracle
  • Experience with version control (Git) and deployment processes
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• • Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications including process models, SAIL interfaces, records, and reports
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in Appian
  • Support enhancements and maintenance of existing applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Appian applications and platform components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business stakeholders
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Appian best practices
  • Assist in integrating Appian with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and support deployments
  • Document technical designs, issues, and solutions clearly for stakeholders
